Associate Zach D. Webster’s is a senior associate on G3MH’s real property litigation team, with a practice covering a wide range of real-estate and small business-related disputes, including breach of contract actions, nondisclosure claims, HOA disputes, partition actions, and construction defect matters. Zach represents clients with an eye for creative, pragmatic solutions―from litigation avoidance, as necessary, all the way through mediation, arbitration, and/or trial.
Zach is admitted to practice law in both California and New York. Prior to joining G3MH, Zach represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters in Manhattan, including international investors defrauded by banks during the mortgage and housing crisis and large non- profits pursuing embezzlement charges.
Zach is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, Class of 2013, where he was a Senior Editor of the USF Law Review and Case Counsel for the USF Law Moot Court Board. Zach was awarded First Place in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition in 2013 and received Second Place in the 2012 San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Trial Skills Competition.
Zach also clerked for both the San Francisco and Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Offices, where he conducted pretrial and evidentiary hearings. He assisted the Santa Clara County District Attorney with state clemency requests and the office’s collaboration with the Innocence Project. He is an active member in the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom and Impulse Untied, a volunteer group of active gay men in collaboration with AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
