David R. Gellman focuses on transactional matters such as condominium conversions, commercial leasing, tenancies-in-common (TICs), TIC and Condominium Dispute Resolution, business formation and operation, real property transactions, and estate planning. He assists clients in San Francisco, Marin, Oakland and San Jose with real estate and estate planning legal help and claims.
He is an accredited instructor with the California Department of Real Estate and frequently conducts co-ownership workshops for attorneys, real estate agents, and prospective home buyers.
David began his San Francisco law practice as a sole practitioner in 1982. He holds a B.A. in economics, anthropology and psychology from Northwestern University (1975), and obtained his law degree from Boston University Law School in 1978.
He is a member of the Bars of the states of Wisconsin and California.
